Fit out of shell and core office space to create a modern, creative design studio at first floor level of this three-storey building in Clonmel town centre.  The completed offices provide open plan desk space for the Design Studio, in addition to a Conference Room and Focus Room located on the corner.  Extensive use of glazed screens and a simple palette of materials helped to create a bright, spacious interior which capitalises on the South and West facing location of the office suite.  A mechanical heat recovery ventilation (MVHR) system ensures a comfortable internal environment throughout the year.
